Balancing:

Balancing will eliminate undesirable vibration in processing machinery, fans, blowers, and other rotating machinery and will also increase bearing life.

Laser Alignment:

Laser Alignment is the fastest and most accurate method of coupling alignment. IEM performs precision alignment of couplings using a Rotalign™ Laser. Precision alignment significantly reduces bearing vibration and stress and lengthens bearing and coupling life.
